Keeping home life and work life separated is very important. It often can make a difference on one's stress levels. The thing about bringing your home life to work and your work life home is that one does not realize that often the things you are thinking about, you cannot do anything about. When you bring home the things from work that are bothering you, you are worrying about something that you often cannot do anything about, and when you are at home you are not even being paid for it.
