Implantation Bleeding is when the embryo implants itself into the uterine wall, some women have claimed that they experience spotting and some cramping, Implantation Bleeding is usually about 6-12 days after conception.
Missed Menstruation is another sign of pregnancy. Some women may bleed while they are pregnant, leading to a misconception of a period, but it is usually lighter and tends to be shorter than an actual period.
Swollen or Tender Breasts: This is a symptom that may begin 1-2 weeks after conception, women may notice tenderness or soreness in their breasts.
Fatigue: is a symptom that may also come as a sign of pregnancy sometimes may start as early as after the first week of conception.
Nausea/Morning Sickness- This extremely well known symptom may creep up around 2-8 weeks after conception. A small portion of pregnant women may not even have Morning Sickness at all, However some women go through most or their entire pregnancy with Nausea and Morning Sickness. Although this symptom is commonly known as Morning Sickness, do not be deceived, because this symptom may lurk at anytime of the day.
Food Cravings- Many women will have food cravings throughout pregnancy.
Frequent Urination- About 6-8 weeks after conception, you may find yourself running to the ladies room quite more often than usual. This may also carry on through out your pregnancy.
