You have seen a nice dress in the shop and you looked back to your full figure with disgust. Now I will whisper it in your ear –yes that is right,this lovely dress deserves more of your attention and love than your body does! Of course I am joking here, but this is the truth of how you actually treat yourself!
You switch on the TV and all you can see there are these slim good looking people you envy. And again you look back at your own body with so much hatred and disgust.

Switch off the TV! This will only make you feel worse!
Now concentrate on how you feel .Do you feel comfortable with that size of the body? Can you move your body in any way you choose to do it?
