How to Lose Weight Part Two

Difficulties during the slimming process and how to deal with them.

It is  a normal part of the slimming process to experience some difficulties .There will be time when your body will not agree to cooperate. Do not yell at it. Understand that this is  its normal reaction. Try to handle the change as much as you can, without this to make you feel too uncomfortable.

1. When your body start screaming for more sugar, take a little bit, but in a form of your so favorite sweet. You will still take sugar, but eating less delicious sweet will prevent you from taking large amounts of it.

2. If constipation appears, allow yourself to step back for a while taking warmer food, adding sauces to your food, but all that in moderation.

3. Chew your food longer that you normally do! If you do not chew it well you accept food with larger volume, which will extend the size of your stomach.  This will also aggravate its normal digestive function.

4. Involving yourself in activities during that difficult period of adapting will take your attention away from the discomfort which may appear.

5. Increasing your physical activity is recommended, but also has to be done gently! Do not exhaust yourself! If you can’t run, walk!Or just do some housework. In later stages you can choose to run or do some kind of exercises.
