How to Lose Fat and Keep It Off for Free

How I Lost 40 lbs. and How You Can Do It Too.

At the age of 15, I was an overweight child who weighed about 180 pounds. I was constantly sick and if it wasn't for my health insurance, my parents would have gone bankrupt because of all the medicine I needed. I would get tired after jogging for less then one minute. I watched television and I noticed a lot of diet pills that exist out in the world today. Diet pills are the simple solution that makes you lose weight. But all you lose is weight, not fat; I'm telling you now that there are better ways to lose fat then using diet pills.

Lets start by looking at the base of the problem, The Standard All American Diet. For breakfast, two or three eggs, five or six slices of bacon, one or two pieces of ham. For lunch, a couple of burgers and some delicious fries with a nice milk shake. For dinner, a nice and big steak cooked medium with some ice cream for dessert.

The average male only needs about 3,000 calories while the average female needs only 2,500. The foods listed above would rival the amount of calories professional sports players like Michael Phelps would eat. Eating like that wouldn't cause someone to get fat if they exercised. But the typical American does not get enough exercise.

Here's what you can do to get rid of unhealthy fat and prevent it from coming back.

  1. Exercise- To lose the 40 pounds, I exercised every day. To exercise, you don't need to go to an expensive gym. Just jog around the neighborhood, play catch with some friends or family, instead of asking someone to throw your trash away for you, stand up and do it yourself! You might say, “But I'm too tired to exercise,” if you exercise just a little, adrenaline will be in your brain and you'll feel more energetic. The reason exercising is better then diet pills because when you exercise, you increase your metabolism so you use up energy faster. Less fat is stored because you are using it all up. Thanks to exercising, I eat about 5000 or more calories a day without gaining a single pound.
  2. This step is unnecessary because no matter how much you eat, if you exercise, it will all be gone. But it you want to lose fat quickly without exercising as much, you can become a vegetarian. Vegetables have less protein and fat then meat does. You body uses energy in the following ways, first it uses up carbohydrates, when carbohydrates run out, it uses protein, when protein runs out, it uses fat. Don't worry about not getting enough protein because fat and carbohydrates can be converted into protein if needed. The healthiest amount of weight you can lose a week is on average 2 pounds. If you significantly lose more then 2 pounds, consult a physician.

Because I love meat and other animal products, I decided to cram myself with food. I lost 1 pound per week based on pure exercised and I went from 180 pounds down to 140 pounds. It took a little bit longer but I got to enjoy delicious and fattening food.

Remember, exercise is most important, what you eat is second. Rule of thumb, healthy amount of weight lost is 2 pounds a week. If more, consult a physician.

(Side effects may include a sexier body, more endurance, more strength, increased longevity, and falling straight asleep because you are so tired after exercising)

Your logic is somewhat flawed. You said that diet pills only make u lose "Weight" but not "fat", u need to provide evidence and explanation as to how this is true. Because I'm not convinced at all to that statement. Exercising is not hard at all. Its actually very easy but many of us are too lazy to do so. So instead of advising people "what" to do, because its obvious, tell them "how" to do it. For example, what ways can you exercise to maximize calorie burning efficiency and have fun at the same time? I don't know about you but, when i exercise alone, it gets really boring. Also, just because you exercise alot doesn't mean that you can eat just whatever you want because the only bad thing u can acquire from food is not just fat.
