To me a diet plan is all in your head. I think that people are beautiful the way they are. You should love what god gave you. He didn't design you that way for you to change yourself. Now I understand that other people feel differently. I am a mother of four. I am 5"8 weighing almost 200 lbs. But I still like my body. There is not one thing I would change about myself. How I look at it. If someone doesn't like how I look then it is there opinion.
I don't let them bring me down, I keep my head held high. Once you let someone bring you down there is no boosting your self confidence back up. Be yourself, be unique think to yourself this is my body I think I am beautiful. To me I am me to others well who knows or care what they think. I know at one time I tried a diet pill I didn't lose weight I gained it. So after that one I told myself if I wanted to lose weight I would do it my was or no way. You know that there are other ways of losing weight besides these diets people advertise. Such as walking, excercising, even dancing. As long as you are on a constant move and burning those calories you are able to lose weight. You don't need anything but yourself to lose weight.
