Here are some of the shows I’m looking forward to watching.
It’s almost that time, summer is coming to an end, and the fall months are near. For some people that means back to school. For others? It means good TV is coming back! I love to watch TV sitcoms, and there are a bunch of shows I’m looking forward to watching.
My husband and I are fans of CSI - Miami, NY and Las Vegas. We also enjoy Criminal Minds, a great crime show if you’ve never seen it. It gives you the psychological side of crimes, a slightly different take from all of the forensic shows. Another great show that is hopefully returning is Damages, with Glenn Close. This played last summer, and should be returning in the fall. Definitely check it out!
We are fans of reality TV as well, with Survivor being a household favorite. I have seen every season; it’s a show we never miss. Some seasons have been more exciting than others, of course, but I’m always there, rooting for my favorites! I believe the new show starts in early September. The Amazing Race is another one of our favorites; I always look forward to that show.
There are sitcoms that we like, of course, although it seems like sitcoms are becoming less and less popular as people get hooked onto hour-long shows. Monday night usually has a great lineup, with Two and a Half Men, The New Adventures of Old Christine, How I Met Your Mother (one of my absolute favorites) and The Big Bang Theory. I think there are some new sitcoms premiering on Thursday nights as well, we’ll have to test them out and see if they’re worth keeping up with or not.
Some shows don’t have a category, but they draw us in nonetheless. Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice are two of our favorites in the medical genre. Dirty Sexy Money is a show that concentrates on a richer-than-rich family in NY, and the troubles they get into. Lost, of course, is so controversial with the writers seemingly never giving out any real information about our castaways, but we’ll be watching, just to see what happens. 24, with Keifer Sutherland, is another house favorite.
What will you be watching?
