Soccer:

  • Wear shin-guards at all times when playing. Soccer involves kicking, and kicking someone results in bruising and swelling.

Tennis:

  • Tennis isn't much of a contact sport, but it is an extreme work-out of all your body parts. To prevent tennis elbow/golf elbow, talk to a pro at a local tennis club about what racquets suite you and your game.
