God(desses) and the Jouissance of Woman, or the (cyborg) Future of Enjoyment
by Carl Packman, Nov 24, 2008

Indeed every day since 1985 when the cyborg manifesto was published technocratic society has proved her right in being embraced in matters of marketable products, computer technology, neuroscience and weaponary. So what might cyborg enjoyment be? Can the cyborg, if indeed we have reached this point in human evolution, be a Freudian subject as such? My paper aims to fit the cyborg in a Lacanian-Freudian category so as to move matters of sexuality into the late mechanical age.
