We now use air ships, such as the Goodyear blimp, for advertising and photography. I have a dream that this nation will rise up, in airships, and conquer the domain of the helicopter, that it will replace it almost entirely.

Since TV and radar was introduced in the mid 1940s, the new technology of the period to display even the crudest images was the Cathode Ray Tube, known since then as the CRT display. Now, 50 years later, there has evolved a display to make it obsolete.
