The best way to choose fresh food

a. When choosing fish, take a look at its freshness by checking the scales. Make sure it is shiny and keep in tact.

b. When choosing red chilies, choose the one that is and red in colour.

c. Red carrots should be medium sized and bright orange in colour

d. Make sure the chicken flesh is white yellowish in colour, not red bluish.

e. If you want to know whether the poultry is from young or old chicken, take a look at its at the feet. If it is easy to come out, it means it comes from young chickens. Throw away the skin because it has high cholesterol level.

f. To have fresh celery, make sure the stalk is straight and easy to be ripped. This means it is still fresh because the water content is high.

g. When choosing lettuce, make sure the leaves are green and throw away the root to prevent it becomes soggy.

h. Green cucumber means it's content high nutrition. Heavy cucumber means it is still fresh because of the high-level water content.

i. Tomato with shiny skin means it is still fresh, because of the high water content

j. While choosing capsicum, make cure the skin is not wrinkle, no black dots, green in colour and shiny.
