Just last week, I bought a new Nokia 1208 cellphone unit to add to my collection of cellphones. And actually, it is my fifth phone already. Well anyway, I was very disappointed to discover that Nokia's new addition to their wide market is defective! And to think Nokia is already a big name when it comes to mobile technology.
Everytime I press the right key to shortcut, the unit restarts. I had it replaced in Junrex, Ayala. After two days with the new Nokia 1208 unit, the same problem occurred again! How very discouraging! I called up their customer relations officer and told her that I want a new unit again and if it happens again, I will have to ask a refund of my money because it takes much of my time having my unit replaced and replaced and replaced!
She then informed me that she has talked with Nokia Center and that the latter told her that units 1208 need to have their software updated! What?? How come they are already out in the market?
