Just about everyone you know old or young has a cell phone. And in most cases cell phones are used for talking to friends, relatives, or contacting jobs. When next door on the same street they may have a better phone and a less expensive plan along with greater coverage areas. And don't let an attractive cell phone fool you. It may look good but has poor features or unable to be connected to your PC or laptop to transfer pictures or surf the web using phone as modem.
Cell phones can also be used for making emergency calls. It may be used for roadside services, home invasion, store robberies, and calling the police for violent offenders. And for those particular few that like to make prank calls to the police station can get time in jail or get tagged with a hefty fine.
It is best for parents to get an unlimited calling plan when buying cell phones for there youngsters when possible. Some parents overlook that one important peace and when there bill comes in its play brake the bank. And it might even go on there credit report if not paid. And it is also recommended that if the child wants to view the internet on there phone also getting them unlimited access. And this will greatly reduce the charges on the bill when it comes in.
