2005 Bentley Continental GT
The Bentley Continental GT, though cheap compared to the Rolls, is still a very classy car. With 552 horses underneath the hood, it's a pretty big powerhouse. It is a whole lot more curved than the box-like Phantom.
The Engine is a W12, located in the front of the car. It is all-wheel-drive, with a top speed of 198 mph. It accelerates from 0-60 mph in under 5 seconds, at 4.7. That's pretty good for a luxury car.
The interior of the car is real leather, with wood trim. The control panel is carbon-fiber. The car has power seats and windows, A/C, and a very high quality stereo. It is a 2-door, 2+2 seater.
The Continental weighs in at 5225 lbs. it is 189.101 in. long, 75.501 in. wide, and 57.701 in tall.
You can get one for about $156,200.
2005 Rolls-Royce Phantom
For a long time, Rolls-Royce has been considered the most luxurious car maker in the world (next to Maybach, Mercedes-Benz's super-luxury car maker). Now, with all of the popularity and attention that the Phantom is getting from all of the celebrities, it shouldn't be hard to push Mercedes out of the way.
The Phantom sports a V12, made from Rolls' special engine-making division. It is in the front of the car, and has a meager 453 hp. It isn't very fast, at 130 mph, and it takes almost 6 seconds to make it to 60 mph, at 5.7. It is rear-wheel-drive.
It weighs in at about 5577 lbs, which is a good deal heavier than the Continental. It is also significantly bigger than the Bentley. It is 229.701 in. long, 78.301 in. wide and 64.301 in. tall.
The interior is wood, carbon-fiber, and leather. You can get one for about 347 grand.

Sorry Rolls-Royce, it looks like Bentley won this one. The Continental is a much lighter, faster, and less expensive car. It is designed for the high-ranking executive of a company, so someone other than the President of the United States can afford one. With the Bentley, you get more bang for less buck. I still wouldn't mind having one of those Phantoms though…
