Are Free Offers Online Really That Free?

A guide that informs the reader about the secret behind these kind of sites and what to do with them.

Introduction:

Everyday, when you surf the internet, you see on the ads “FREE cash!” or “Get a FREE Ipod!” Or if you want money, there are all these online surveys giving you free cash. Well, should they be trusted? This article will walk you through the truth behind these sites.

The Sites Themselves:

You should know by now that there is a catch to this. Whether it is involving you to participate in the offers in which you give up your credit card number, there is one general statement about this. Do not trust anything on the site. That's right. Many of these sites have nasty little catches that are hidden within their private policy in which many people miss. Here are just some little nifty tricks that they use:

-They have a minimum cash payout, such as when you at least have to get 50 dollars of offers before you can get paid. This is popular on many online survey sites.

-They send you a secret validation e-mail to your BULK mail. It states something similar to if you don't click on this link, they will not give you money. Now that is mean. Normally, a person deletes his bulk mail. Now, if this message is deleted, they probably wont send a new one. That is just evil, and some sites abuse this offer. Note that this has nothing to do with the main validation e-mail message, which is usually sent to the inbox.

-They restrict their free send-outs. Some sites only send out their “free” items within the certain area range. They charge shipping. They even charge hidden fees, so basically, you're only getting a half-off coupon of your “free” item. If you're going for cash, many sites only have a “few” payouts. This means that they can only pay you through certain banks or credit cards. If you don't have that certain kind. Oh well?

-They spam your inbox. This is probably obvious, but it's what they do. And they're famous for doing it.

The Main “Catch:”

The main catch, as said earlier, is participating in a few offers. So what about these offers? 99% of them force you to give up your information and credit card number. And what do they do besides charge you with all these fees? They send you more and more unneeded junk right to your door. Famous “free” sites even ignore some of the offers you participate in. Not really a good idea in participating, eh?

Referrals:

Referrals are common as an obligatory in many sites to receive your price. Now, yeah you get all those referral benefits, but what is the truth behind them? The truth is that they ignore many referrals. This is because they don't have “time” to do this and simply don't want to give their money away.

Customer Service:

Dissatisfied? Many websites like this have next to none customer service. Even complain or ask questions, they are likely not to respond.

Tips and Tricks:

I've included some tips for you in order to be safe from these sites:

-Don't trust them. Not even a little. If you are suspicious about one thing in the website and cannot get information about it, just leave the website.

-Always read the terms and conditions as well as the private policy before you start participating. This is where they try to imply all their little tricks on you. Please read this carefully with a sharp eye.

-Do not give out your real e-mail. Create a new one if you want to participate.

-If they only pay you by paypal cash or anything else, enter everything else fake. This way, you are safe from any spam in your doorway or telephone. Plus, everything you give out is useless if you get paid by paypal or anything related.

-Read each word on their website carefully. I suggest to you to scan through the entire screen ignoring the ads to see if they have anything suspicious.

If you follow these tips, you won't be wasting countless hours for nothing.

An Alternative:

I, personally, have done tons of these and have never gotten anything good. This is why I suggest to you not to enter these sites at all. But if you want to actually earn cash, here are some good suggestions that I recommend:

-Triond. In this website, you get paid for creating and publishing content. The amount you get paid is based on the number of views you get. This website is 100% trusted and has no catches. Policy-wise, I don't think anyone has responded negatively to this site. And they also accept Paypal. Check it out at: http://www.triond.com

-Real-life Internet jobs. As this involves a lot harder work, I still suggest Triond over this. But there is a payout for your work, and most likely, it is risk-free. However, if you find an online job-search site that requires you to pay money, ignore it.

Thank you for your interest Dr. Dew. I can assure you that I have tried countless of these myself AND have researched many more. I have also gotten opinions from many people about these types of websites.

You state quite frequently how you have tried "countless" numbers of these sites. But frankly how many can there be I myself have only encountered maybe 7-8?
