Martin Luther King made a speech in 1963 called “I Have a Dream”. This speech was a very powerful monologue which spoke out against racism and discrimination. I also have a dream for this world that I would like to share. I have a dream very similar to Martin Luther King.

My dream for the world is that people will respect our earth more by not demolishing pristine forests and lakes. I hope people will recycle what they can and eventually find a more efficient replacement for gasoline. I hope our earth can suit the billions of people while still keeping its natural beauty, and not being overpopulated with buildings.
I hope our world finds a way to thrive, and finds something more efficient and cleaner than gasoline. I want to have temperate springs and summers, I hope to have crisp autumns and cold winters. I hope that all generations will know snowstorms, bringing about tranquility, and not be forced to experience absolutely scorching summers.
I have another dream for our world. I share Martin Luther King's dream to end discrimination. I hope one day you will not be hated or excluded for your intelligence, inability to speak in the mainstream language, or difference in skin tone. I heard a quote from a comedian that I honestly find a motto everyone should go by, the quote is “I don't see colour” , it is only four words, yet it should be something everyone follows. I
n Martin Luther King's speech he says “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.” you cannot go through life without hearing at least this part of his speech, not because it is special, but it's just common knowledge. This speech was made more than forty years ago but we still have racism, and discrimination.
I have a dream for America that we will get out of Iraq, tying up all loose ends and trying to settle tension so generations to come need not worry about terrorism. I hope there will be as few as possible troops dying. I wish for America to come out of Iraq, hopefully settling tax issues. I hope that one day America will have no foes, however unlikely that is. That is my dream for America.

Martin Luther King's speech had a powerful influence on many people. His speech, “I Have a Dream”, had the outlying message to stop discrimination, but unfortunately it does not seem to have worked 100% of the way. Though blacks have as many rights as white people, there is still discrimination. There is still color. It still matters to some people if you're black.
Unfortunately you cannot change this discrimination because you can not tell someone to be friends with someone and expect it to work, it's never been just that easy. Martin Luther King had a very powerful speech, it reached many people, maybe not all, but I feel it is safe to say that most people have been influenced
