The Ultimate Hangover Cure in a Bowl

Try this home made soup that is ready in minutes, simple to make and packed full of vitamins. Perfect if you are feeling a little worse for wear after the night before!

Feeling a bit worse for wear after the night before? Try this very simple but vitamin rich soup to kick start you into the day.

You will need:

  • 1 tin of Butter Beans
  • 1 Knorr vegetable stock cube
  • 1 tin of tomatoes
  • 1 tsp of green pesto sauce
  • A dash of tomato purée or ketchup
  • A sprinkling of dried oregano and/or basil

Preparation:

Preparation of this dish couldn't be more simple. Just what you need, and you'll soon have a hearty vitamin boosting meal in a matter of minutes. Simply pour the tin of butter beans and tomatoes in a pan. Add the rest of the ingredients, including the stock cube, yes just put it in as it is (no need to make up any stock). Season well. Make sure that the juice or salt water from the beans goes in too! That all adds to the flavour! Don't forget them herbs. Now just heat the mixture up as you would a tin of beans or soup until it starts to boil. Then serve in a bowl and feel yourself come round!
