That's the third and last article of the stylish playmobil series. After creating the playmobil toys during the 70s, the PLAYMOBIL factory never stopped. After so many years, PLAYMOBIL had to try different models to keep their customers, and that's how the most stylish playmobils were born.
If you hadn't seen the first twenty playmobil dolls, I suggest you to visit the previous two articles:

In this article, I want to present the playmobil dolls made after great movie stars.
MOONWALKER

In 1988 the great singer and not-so-good-actor Michael Jackson showed himself - what is quite unusual - in this weird, though “watchable” movie.
The Playmobil gods understood that was time to develop a Michael Jackson doll, and here it is:

The legends around this particular doll advice you to not leave it alone with a KID playmobil. I wonder why…
CLEOPATRA

The Egypt queen Cleopatra had been revered in innumerous films in the movie history, but few were as popular as 1963 Elizabeth Taylor's Cleopatra. In the movie, she struggles to resist the imperialist ambitions of the Romans and uses every weapon she has to do it, including seduction.
Playmobil tried the best to capture the personality of the queen of Egypt:

Can't you see how seductive these eyes are?
GHOST

In 1990 Ghost hit the screens. Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore made the whole world cry with this romantic story, receiving multiple nominations to the Academy Awards.
The movie was hot, so Playmobil must have a doll for it:

Don't you recognize him? It is Patrick Swayze. I bet you would recognize him if he had a deformed clay vase between his hands.
STAR WARS

In 1977 George Lucas presented to the world his masterpiece “Star Wars: A New Hope” (aka Episode IV). It became frenzy around the world and in some places, even a religion. Playmobil did its part:

Playmobil factory developed the images of saint Luke Skywalker and his devilish antagonist, Darth Vader.

HELLBOY

Hellboy appeared in the world as a character in the Dark House Comics in 1993. This fiendish creature emerged as a Government employee in the Bureau for Paranoral Research and Defense, and his main work was fighting the dark forces.
This character wasn't so popular until 2004, when Guillermo del Toro directed a movie with Hellboy as its main character.

It grossed 60 million dollars in USA and 100 million worldwide. Hellboy became a success, and you know what happens when a character gets too popular, don't you? Playmobil must build a doll.

The version with horns is also available.
Well… to finish this article about playmobil Movie Stars, I couldn't let out the ones who make Movie Stars as famous as they are. Playmobil recognized their importance and revered these people making the PAPARAZZI playmobil dolls.

They are cute, aren't they? Playmobil was thoughtful enough in not making them look as jackals.
