Actually, this is a debate for you to take part in. Think seriously about using cell phone while driving.
As we know, many accidents are caused by the driver's receiving or making cell phone calls when driving. So, there are many people against using cell phone while driving, and they suggested that cell phone use should be banned while driving.
However, if the cell phone use should be banned while driving, there are some important calls, such as important business calls, which may be missed. Further, it causes much inconvenience for those who drive around often. It shouldn't be necessarily banned while we are driving, because there are ways to use the cell phone properly in that situation. The driver can stop the car, and then makes or receives phone calls. He can use the speaker model, by voice-controlled dialing, or accepting calls. Just think of the radio, or CD/DVD player installed in the car, we can listen to music, not to loud, when we driving. The function is the same.
So, why not improve the facility of our cars to enable it a safe drive when we send or receive calls? I think it is not necessary to ban the use of cell phone while we are driving.
