Toyota is Grand

Thoughts of a happy Toyota purchaser.

The Hunt

My wife and I looked and looked, not too far. We first looked at the Honda Odyssey Mini-vans. Honda is great yes, but the price for what I'd be getting brand new is too high for me.

The next thing we did is researched and reviewed the mini-vans on-line. Then after that, we went to Toyota (our favorite place to shop for vehicles forever) and test drove the Sienna Mini-van. Beautiful! Affordable! Perfect!

The Purchase

We went with the 2008 with an 8-seat capacity Toyota Sienna. The dealership at Toyota of Des Moines Iowa is great. Our time there went smooth and was not wasted at all. Good friendly service. They got right down to business with no hassles. It was excellent.

The price for the vehicle was very affordable. The mini-van is great!

Excited

My wife and I are very excited about the new purchase. It will fit our young family very nicely. If you're thinking about a car, truck, van, or suv, I strongly suggest checking out the local Toyota dealer in your area. If you live in Iowa, Toyota of Des Moines is great!

Trade In and Resale Value

Toyota must truly be number one in trade in and resale value because it truly paid off well for us! I'm stunned and amazed and let me mention once again, I am truly pleased!

If you own a Toyota I'm sure you know what I mean…

Toyota does have some quality vehicles, but with their Tundra pick-up, they should just stop production. It's a quality disaster for anyone who buys it...if ur going to spend thousands a year to pay for gas, at least buy a truck that has quality, like the F150. At this point, any truck made by the American automakers is exceptional when compared to toyota's trucks. The Toyota Tundra's axles have been breaking if the truck goes offroad, the tailgate snaps if u put an ATV on it, after it ws named truck of the year, 20,000 were recalled, more have been recalled since then, and the truck counters the company's image of "being green". Also, as a reminder, Ford tied Toyota in quality or beat them in the most recent quality tests (for fleet). I do understand what u mean about Toyota having quality products; I owned a Toyota Corolla a few years ago and it was great quality-wise. Also, good luck with your new car...I just wanted to point out that American-made brands are competitive.

The Ford Focus has better emissions (PZEV), or 0.09, while the rest of competition (even smaller cars; excluding hybrids)has 0.4 emissions.
