Topping at $ 8 million US dollars makes this sleek machine the most expensive car in the world.
Check out the inside of this hot car. It has a six point harness and comes with two driving helmets.
This car was built to race, a move it will do. With 543 HP, the prototype reached speeds of 218.38 miles. Capable of accelerating from 0-60 in 4.4 seconds. Hand-built at the Tempodron in Berlin was creation is a one of a kind, commissioned by tyre company Fulda. This powerful machine was designed 24-year-old Fredrik Burchhardt, a student at the Pforzheim Polytechnic Department of Transport Design. Fredrik Burchhardt won the car design competition amongst other students at Pforzheim Polytechnic.
Using a Maybach 57 limousine and re-engineering the standard 550bhp V12 engine, boring it out to 5.9 liters, and tuned to 700bhp with over 738lb per square foot of torque. The finished product looks nothing like the Maybach 57 limousine it started out as. Maybach Exelero was kitted out with a full-spec interior. Not the signature red interior, with a sleek aluminum and carbonfibre finish.
