I have never thought in my wildest dreams that my at home wife,and me a tile setter can give a child a second life. This kid Denzel from the Philippines,nine months old have no hope of living but by an immediate open heart surgery.But it is impossible for them to do it.His mother stays home to take care of two boys while dad makes as little as 2$ dollars a day or even none at all.We wanted to help the boy so bad but we don't have the resources to meet his needs.We come up of an idea of looking for foundations in the internet that help children.
Most of them refuse but one finally answered to shoulder the cost of the surgery here in the US.We did not waste time and process their papers.It was expensive but we help them out by using our credit cards.and we did the rest of the expenses. The whole operation was very successful.Thanks to the foundation that helped. thanks to God He made things possible when it was too impossible.It was a pleasure to be a part of giving a gift of life to a child.It is really true that compassion is love in action. 1 john 3:18 It says" let us not love in word or in tongue,but in deed and in truth". When we see a need its good to talk about it,but we must also do something about it. We are instructed " be doers of the word and not hearers only"(james 1:22) Take action! Make a difference today. Now little Denzel is living a healthy second life. He's now 3 years old,happy and very playful.He was a money well spend!
