Why You Aren't Making Money with Triond

A list of possible ideas about why triond users aren't making as much money as they had hoped.

If you are like me and in a month made under 20 cents, you are probably wondering what you are doing wrong.  After reading about how to make money, I have compiled a list of possible reasons us small users aren't raking in the cash like, RJ Evans for example.

One possibility that i discovered is that maybe you aren't being creative enough with your tags.  I know at first I wasn't. To fix this simply go back and fix all your articles and when making new ones, stretch the limits as much as possible.

You might also simply be picking the wrong topics.  Most users tell you to write about what you know, but sometimes other people don't want to read about what you know.  In that case think about what is on the hot content, what is in the mainstream and what  is simply popular and adapt what you know to write about stuff like that.

You might be publishing in a field that too many other people have written in.  If that is the case then you probably wont be the easiest article to find.  For instance one of my articles, on innovative furniture is impossible to find no matter how you many of the tags you type in.  On the other hand to find my article on South Park all you need to do is search south park and you will find it.

You might also not be publishing enough articles.  The more articles you publish, the more sources of income you have, which means a large flow of cash.

The biggest thing for most people, me included is that we're not patient!!! If you look at your dashboard for a month you will be discourage by the low number of views, but if you go and look in your content at the end of the month, you will be surprised how they add up, and that means more money.

While I have yet to fully bring these tips into play in my writing, just using one or two of them has increased my earnings.

Thanks for the advice! I've been publishing on Triond for about six months, and I've seen my earnings steadily rise from $0.05 a month to $0.40 a month, and it's still growing with the more I publish and the longer my stuff is out there!! Thanks for inspiring fledgling trionders not to give up!

Yes people hang on to it. it's well worth while. I published my first article on the 5th of October 2008 and my cash counter said 67 cents today ... so triond is working or us :-)
