Listening to Music to Increase Productivity

You already know that it increases you I. Q. but did you know you can perform better at your work with music?

Music always had an extreme importance in every society. Some people listen and play it for pleasure, others as a way of expressing their feelings.Scientific experiments shown that J. S. Bach music can increase your I.Q. 10 points and recently history research proved what they already suspected long ago, music has brain enhancement properties. Check this on any History authority. Cave men used music to acquire higher knowledge to find cures to the diseases they suffered from that time and used music to get more strength in battles since music is a important motivator to the body too.

Now what can music do for you? When you are at work, sometimes you pause, you might not even notice, but when you are waiting until your browser loads the page or the computer opens the file, your brain goes to Suspend mode and it takes some effort for put it working 100% back again. If you don´t believe check it. Music has to be decoded by your brain, which means that it is always working even when you make a pause so it´s easier to start working again. Try it for yourself.

There is not a best music type or instrument. Use the one you like most. Music most important feature is the surprise element so variation extremely important, otherwise your brain already know what comes next and goes to sleep again.
