Up and coming musicians are always great. Who wants to hear the same chords drilled over the radio every morning? Not me!
Here is a quick list of people to keep an eye on. Obviously, there are thousands more, but I can't really list them all in one article.
Dotjr

Nope, that is not a mistake, nor is it Icelandic. “Dotjr” [Dot-Jay-Are] consists of James Reeves and some of his friends, who hail from an island in the Western Isles of Scotland, called Stornoway. His tracks are bouncy, yet sweet. Poetic, but melodic. “Dotjr” are definitely one to have a listen to.

Iain Morrison

Another Scottish hopeful, Iain Morrison, used to be the front-man for the band “Crash My Model Car” until he left to follow other projects. Iain Morrison's music reflects his Scottish background without deadening his creativity.

Two Gallants

Two guys, from San Francisco, make amazing music. Describing themselves as creators of “crack music”, they create a perfect balance between… greatness and godliness maybe?
