Billions of money are spent for cosmetic surgery. Every country in the world now is facing financial crisis so why not lessen the budget and try some of these natural foods for anti aging solutions.

Avocado

A fruit which contains a high level of B vitamins, as well as vitamin E and vitamin K. Vitamin B helps the body to repair body tissues while Vitamin E is an antioxidant which slows down aging that is why we can say that avocado can be one of the most essential food in maintaining the external beauty. This fruit also contains high concentration of Potassium which provides prevention of high blood pressure attack.

Chocolate

This can be one of the most fun foods to eat because you do not only enjoy the taste but also the anti-aging effect. What makes it very essential are the flavonoids it contains. It is an antioxidant which slows down aging. There are many discovered flavonoids in the world but what is very notable is the chocolate because of high concentration of flavonoids in it. Naturally, flavonoids in chocolate come from cocoa. You will not only look young but will also feel young since chocolate also enhances memory.
