Equal Justice in the United States

There has never been equal justice under the law in the United States.

From the time of slavery till now the issue of racial biased judgments made in the courts exists and continue. Women are treated as if they caused a rape and men are continually prosecuted harshly if they have a record and are black.

The terminology black refers to desolate and cold as Afro-Americans do not deserve this title. Afro- Americans have been treated unfairly in the court system and have been harshly and have been treated poorly for a number of years. If you receive social services you must be black. That is the attitude of most prejudiced biases Americans.

As for the number of inmates in jails; there is a higher percentage amongst blacks and Latinos. If a black man lives in an all white neighborhood, he can be sure he will be stopped by the all white police department.

There is not true justice for minority Americans. Many unemployed black Americans are seen as being lazy and not for goods. The prejudice in the courts remains and Afro- American men are mandated more frequently than anyone else in the criminal justice system. So, where is the justice and freedom is the American constitution promises us? There actually isn't any unless one is white and rich. If you are poor you are surely increasing your chances of going to jail.
