It means the act of dismissing something as useless or trivia1, so I guess, meaning-wise, it would be easy to use it but seriously, who in their right mind would say “he had a floccinaucinihilipilification of wealth” instead of “he thought wealth was unimportant.”!

After I'd finished researching this article, I really felt as if I'd improved my vocabulary. I'm not sure if I'll ever use these words in my writing but I might be able to impress my friends with them!
