Are you a normal teenager dealing with stress over daily life? Well, I have a few ways to help you deal with these problems.
Mental Tension
- Try to talk to a significant other such as a trusted adult or parent (So long the problem doesn't exist with them)
- Also writing things down can also relieve mental tension
Physical Stress
- Pain or tension in your muscles can be very stressing. Relieving these tensions can help relieve stress. (A simple massage can do it but if problem is serious you should seek medical attention).
Sexual Tension
- How you handle this is up to you. But always if with another practice safe sex. If that's not how you want it try masturbating which is a great way to relieve stress.
