I would involve the student population in planned activities by making activities more interactive, for example at a dance I would let the students vote for songs that they would like to hear and also have a say in the theme of the dance.
To increase school spirit I would have a spirit contest day where students show their spirit and are rewarded for having good school spirit. Also, I would recommend rewards for students who constantly show good spirit.
The qualities I have are patience and understand. Also, I am not afraid to speak in front of a group for assemblies or meetings. I work well with adults and with a team. My characteristics are that I love to lead people to succeed at a goal. Even if I don't lead the group I like seeing people succeed. An experience I have with leadership is that one year, I was on a losing basketball team and everyone was giving up, but I lead by example and didn't quit. The other players followed my example and we went on the complete our season without giving up and staying as a team.
My other experience is that I have good computer skills and can make poster, flyers and power point presentations for rallies and other events with ease. I made several flyers this year in my computer class for dances and assemblies throughout the year.
