Don't Drop!

High school does have its advantages, you know...

I have three main reasons for staying in school and not dropping out. One of them is that I want to become a geneticist when I am older. Another reason is that I want to make a lot of money after I graduate. The final reason is that I really do not have a choice.

A main reason why I am staying in school and not dropping out is that I want to be a geneticist. In order to be a geneticist, I have to go through college. I have to graduate from high school before I can go to college. A dropout would never make it in college.

Another reason why I am not dropping out of school is to achieve my ambition of making an ample amount of money. High school dropouts earn a million dollars less in their lifetime than graduates. I am not going to give up a multiplicity of money in the future for a few years of freedom now.

The final reason why I am still in school is that I simply do not really have a choice. I cannot legally drop out until I am sixteen. My parents would not let me drop out even if I could do it legally.

I plan to stay in school and never drop out. I am not going to abandon a chance at being a geneticist and an abundance of money. There is no logical explanation or reason for me to do so.

WTF???
"A dropout would never make it in college."
I dropped out the minute after I turned 17. I got pregnant at 17. I kept my child as well, as many responsible dropouts do. About a year ago, I took my GED test, and passed with flying colors, with very little studying. Guess what!?! I am in my second year at college and am in the top of my main class. Accounting. My mother is an accountant, and makes 23 dollars an hour. Sure, that is not as much as a doctor can make, but I have always been great with numbers. I am a drop out who is making it through college. What now, Mr. Wanna-be Know-it-all??
