How to Use your Mind to Wake you Up

Try and you will know.

Have you always been interrupted by an alarm clock in the morning whenever you wake up and with a sullen and heavy head?

Well we all experience it before. There is a simple way of getting up on time without using the alarm clock.

Science today acknowledges the existence of a biological clock in human body which is tune with the world time. If you are able to send a message to the biological clock, you will attain mastery over getting up on time.

The way to use your biological clock is easy. Just before you go to bed, tell your pillow four times the time u would like to wake up.

It really works. What you have to do is to tell your pillow something like, "Pillow pillow please WAKE me up tomorrow morning at 6.30 sharp!" four times.

This must be the LAST thing you say before you go to sleep. There must be NO other thoughts between this and when you are entering the sleepy state.

You will see that tomorrow morning you will get up at the time you told your pillow to wake you up.

You might need some time to master it, but when you get it right, it will be the BEST tool to use for your lifetime~!

So tonight went you go to bed go and try it out.
