The things that mystify me the most about outer space are black holes. The second thing that mystifies me is white holes. The last thing that mystifies me is: are there any aliens out there in the universe?
The thing that mystifies me the most are black holes. Scientists and astronomers believe that a black hole is formed when a star like our sun, but a million times bigger, runs out of gas and its own gravity collapses into itself. The gravitational force is so strong that it creates a well on space. Everything will be distorted. Albert Einstein once said that space is like a stretched out blanket. If you put a bowling ball in the middle it will create a dent. No matter how hard you stretch it, it will never straighten out. When something gets past the event horizon it will be sucked down. Because the gravity is stronger in the inside than the outside it will be stretched out as thin as a string. Once something sucked inside you may never get out because you need to travel faster than light, which is impossible because light is the fastest thing in the universe. That's why the hole appears black, because even light can't escape.
White holes are a little bit different than black holes. The only difference is that white holes emit matter into space instead of absorbing matter. Many scientists believe that a white hole is at the other end of a black hole. While the black hole sucks matter in the white hole emits matter. White holes might not exist in the universe. They only come up in math.
I also wonder if there are any aliens in the universe. I believe that there are aliens because some people have claimed that they have seen one or have been abducted by them. Some people say (or believe) that Area 51 holds aliens and UFO's. People believe that some of the planes today came from the aliens. Some people say that those working in area 51 conduct experiments on aliens. They think the workers allow the aliens to land there.
