Grafitti

Introduction to graffiti.

I think that graffiti is respectable because it lets a person express themselves freely without the boundaries of modern day art. It helps a lot of inner kids deal with stress and have fun. There are also many places where graffiti is allowed to be made, that includes buildings (with the owner's permission) and some community centres. Graffiti can also be used as an advertising ploy. Some companies use Graffiti to try to sell their product. Graffiti is also respectable because it lets you compete with other people in a positive way. In conclusion graffiti can be a very good habit and is now considered a form of art.

I think that graffiti is bad because it is a big problem with businesses to deal with. The cost of cleaning the side of buildings with graffiti is enormous. Many young people vandalize trains and busses with graffiti which then causes our government to spend money cleaning the side of trains and busses rather than using that money for a better use ex. hiring people or increasing salaries. Last year it cost over 5million Euros or 8million Canadian dollars just to clean up the national rail system. In conclusion, graffiti is intolerable and unacceptable because it costs millions of dollars every year to clean it up.
