I don't have those perfectly winged brows and I don't have that special skill of shaping my brows either. I was always late on appointments because it took so much of my time lining my brows and re-lining them again and again until they were acceptable. Once, I was left behind by my friends for my tardiness for they thought I was not showing up. After that, whenever I had engagements, I had to wake up extra early so as to avoid being late.
So when my nurse friend brought me to her beautician who did her brows and lined her eyes, I did not hesitate one moment to have mine done either. After a lot of convincing on my hubby's part, I was there already lying on the bed under the skillful hands of the beautician.
Even with the applied topical anesthetic, it had hurt a little but was very tolerable. Or was it my pain tolerance level elevated for the sake of it? Whatever was the source of my partial analgesia, it was a job well done and I was ultimately satisfied with the new me.
