Vive Verde Living Office in historic downtown Lake Worth, Florida is the first office of its kind. Every aspect of this LEED-Certified building has been carefully planned to preserve, honor and utilize the natural environment while enhancing the indoor quality of the work environment.
Vive Verde grows from the earth supported by the synergy of the integrated living systems. Rather than placing a building on an urban site and surrounding it with landscaping, Vive Verde harnesses the power of nature to cool the building and to collect, treat and re-use rainwater while improving the health and beauty of the workplace. The green roof system provides passive climate control and the recycled water sustains the building's green roof and central Biolarium®.
