10 Simply Unique Porcelain Art Pieces

Lots of art enthusiasts are collectors of porcelain art pieces. I, myself have been collecting small architectural pieces of arts made of porcelain for about 3 years now. I'm only collecting items of angels because they look so cute and affordable.
Well, according to what I've researched a porcelain is a ceramic material made by heating raw materials, generally including clay in the form of kaolin, in a kiln to temperatures between 1,200 ºC (2,192 ºF) and 1,400 °C (2,552 °F). The toughness, strength, and translucence of porcelain arise mainly from the formation of glass and the mineral mullite within the fired body at these high temperatures. Porcelain is sometimes referred to as china. This is because until the 17th century, China was the sole producer of porcelain.

The Judgment of Paris

This distinct porcelain piece of art is The Judgment of Paris created by Capidimonte porcelain manufactory. This porcelain piece is currently displayed at Capitoline Museums in Rome. The Capodimonte porcelain manufactory was established in Naples in 1743, in direct emulation of the porcelain being produced at Meissen. Capodimonte is famous for is molded figurines and its decorative modeled flowers applied to cups and vases.

This porcelain piece was made probably between 1760 and 1765 by the Nymphenburg Porcelain Manufactory manufacturer of Nymphenburg porcelain. This manufactory is situated in the Nymphenburg Palace in Munich, capital of Bavaria Since the mid-eighteenth century it has been manufacturing porcelain of high artistic value.

This architectural structure is ultimately unique. It's the most amazing architectural piece made of porcelain. It is called the Porcelain Tower of Nanjing or otherwise known as Porcelain Pagoda. It is a historical archaeological site located on the south bank of the Yangtze in Nanjing, China. It was constructed in the 15th century as a Buddhist pagoda, but was mostly destroyed in the 19th century during the course of the Taiping rebellion. However, the tower is now under reconstruction once again
During the earlier days, only a few have collections of this kind of art pieces because they were very rare then that only the rich people can afford to buy. Today, because of mass production, they are now readily available anywhere else in the world.
