Hello people. Today a am going to give you the top 10 list of what I think are the most cutest girls in anime. This is my personal opinion and are in no way the only girls that exist. The are many but these just come to my head when I think of cute, so enjoy.
Miyuki - Luck Star
Starting off, is Miyuki, the typical anime character. She is smart and very polite. She is clumsy making her extra cute. I couldn't decide between her and Tsukasa, since she is also very cute.

Another pink haired beauty. Nothing much, she just looks great.
