Some may say that they pay more attention to ability than degree that one job hunter holds, which I totally agree with. However, we have to face the fact that the interview cannot, as it always shows, let you show your ability fully to the interviewers. Therefore, it is important to show the interviewers all your certificates and degrees that you have got, among which college degree is very important. The value of a college education has the value to you as an employee and to your employer, because it demonstrates that you are able to accomplish something in your life, which needs to be done in a year, two years, four years or more. Top managers at companies may not have some decent college degree and they are working well, and showing their talent. However, they are looking for the persons with a high degree.
It is very obvious that a college degree is very important to the job like accounting, engineering etc., which are in special areas. You will find the door shut to you if you have no college degree related to that field of the job.
